Request for prayers from Astrid Warren for upcoming trip to Peru

Dear Fellow Prayer Warriors,

Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.

~ Psalm 57:5

My missions trip to RunaSimi, Chosica, Perú is just around the corner. The trip there will be from October 18 – 25. I appreciate your prayers on my behalf as I am preparing to teach on the theme, “The Scarlet Cord of Redemption in the O.T.”, to 70 Quechua Indian women who are committed Christian leaders. These leaders will then return to their towns and villages and teach what they have learned to their own people. Following are some specific requests:

1. Pray that the Holy Spirit would guide me in what I need to say, that it be all about Him and not about me and that He bond me together with the women in attendance. My desire is to be a channel for the Lord’s message and that in the process He bless me too.

2. Pray for good health and protection in my travels.
3. Pray that the Lord be with Dick and bless him in my absence.
